26.06.2018 – Meeting with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA)
The European Union Zambia Business Club (EUZBC) met with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) to discuss taxation issues of interest to the members, particularly the implementation of the Electronic Fiscal Devices (EFDs) and the Withholding Value Added Tax (WVAT).
The panel was graced by Commissioner Domestic Taxes, Mr. Moses Shuko and Ms Jyoti Mistry, Director Tax Services at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
06.02.2018 – Board Elections and Presentation of the European External Investment Plan
On Thursday, 8th of February, the EU-Zambia Business Club elected its first formal Board. The Board is made up of experienced EU and Zambian CEOs:

Taking advantage of the presence in Zambia of the EU Director for Sustainable Growth and Development at the Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development (Brussels), Mr. Roberto Ridolfi, the Club organised a meeting with him.
13.12.2016 - The EU-Zambia Business Club celebrates the 1st year of its establishment
The purpose of the second (and end of the year) meeting of the EU-Zambia Business Club was twofold: the first part focussed on the arts and culture sector of the economy, whilst the second one took stock of the achievements of the Club and looked forward to the upcoming year.

Fruitful exchanges were held today between the members of the EU-Zambia Business Club and the Minister of Finance, Hon. Felix Mutati, Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry, Hon. Margret Mwanakatwe and Minister of National Development and Planning, Hon. Lucky Mulusa, on the Government's economic priorities for the following five years.

The European Union (EU and its Member States) launched today the EU-Zambia Business Club, which aims at increasing business opportunities between the European and Zambian economies and at becoming a reference point for EU companies wanting to invest in Zambia.
