Annual General Meeting of the EU-Zambia Business Club

Dear Members,

We hope that the New Year has started on a good note.

On behalf of the Board of the European Union Zambia Business Club (EUZBC), we are pleased to invite you to the 2022 In-Person Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the EUZBC in line with the constitution. The meeting will be held on 10th March 2022. We are pleased to confirm the AGM to be held at Radisson Blu Hotel.

As previously announced, this year’s AGM will consider the election of new board of the EUZBC following the end of tenure of the current. Following the lapse of the deadline on 25.02.2022, Please find attached full list of candidates who will contest for the various positions.

As you are all aware, since 1st January 2022, all EUZBC members are expected to pay Membership Fees in order to facilitate the activities of the association. Therefore, all members are encouraged to settle their obligations to pay membership fees as soon as possible based on the invoices that were sent out to individual members.

Note that for the AGM to be valid, we will need to form a quorum. Therefore, we invite you to confirm your attendance in advance to [email protected] and [email protected] In parallel, the Secretariat will also follow up with phone calls.

Finally, please find the agenda for the event here. Registration starts at 15:00hrs while AGM proceedings will commence at 15:30hrs sharp.
